From Raleigh-Durham Int. Airport (RDU) or Research Triangle Park (RTP)
Take Highway 147 North from I-40. Continue on 147 to Durham, passing through the RTP. Take the Swift Ave. exit, which comes up after the Duke St. and Chapel Hill St. exits. Turn right off the exit ramp and follow the “General Directions” below.

From I-85 or West of Chapel Hill
Take I-85 North to Durham. Take exit 172 for Highway 147 South. You’ll pass by Duke’s hospital complex on the right. Take the Swift Ave. exit, turn left at the traffic light at the end of the exit ramp, and follow the “General Directions” below.

General Directions
Continue straight on Swift Ave. crossing over the rail-road tracks and going straight at the following traffic light (intersection with Main St.). After crossing Main St., Swift Ave. turns into Broad St. The lab is located on the left and is less then one block from the traffic light at the Swift/Main intersection. The best landmark is a yellow/brown UPS drop box on the left. Turn left just after this box into the parking lot of 731 Broad St. Enter through the side entrance for Suite B. If the door is locked, please ring the bell.
